WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSION ONE

Under two minutes on what our first session covers, what I’ll ask you both, and where the work goes from there.

On the day, please be seated together and comfortable if you can. I ask that alcohol isn’t consumed during sessions, and wherever possible that children and babies aren’t in the room, so you can both focus on yourselves and your relationship.
