  • Together. The questionnaire, the love lessons, the exercises- all of it is built for the two of you to work through side by side and fuel …. The conversations you have because of it are the point.

  • The self-paced track moves at your pace. Most couples get through one love lesson a week, but you can go faster or slower, it's your schedule. Before Forever Live runs over six weeks, with a live call each week, and you can keep revisiting the lessons and exercises for as long as you have access.

  • You'll have lifetime access to your love lessons and workbook, so nothing disappears once the six weeks are up. Come back to a lesson before the wedding, before your fifth anniversary, whenever you need it.

  • No. Before Forever isn't couples therapy, and it's not built to replace it. Think of it as the deliberate groundwork, the conversations and tools that help you walk into marriage clear-eyed, not the space for working through an active crisis. If that's where you're at, 1:1 couples therapy is the better fit.

  • The self-paced track is built for packed schedules, lessons and exercises on your own time. Before Forever Live adds one weekly call; everything else flexes around you.

  • The self-paced course launches in September. The first live round starts in October, that's your intake if you want the group calls and the community alongside it.

  • Short answer: yes. I only run pre-marriage work as a group because it holds just as much depth as 1:1, sometimes more. If you're worried about getting lost in the crowd, Before Forever Live includes a 60-minute 1:1 with me across the six weeks, plus plenty of room for questions in every call.

  • Not my style. Nobody's on the spot, nobody's under a microscope. In the group calls, you show up exactly as much as you want to, some weeks that might sharing, some weeks it might be just listening.

  • Not at all, the couples who get the most out of this are usually the ones who aren't. Before Forever is about building the foundation before you ever need to repair one.
